Hi Amy,

Great article on the importance of teams in Middle School. I hadn't given that idea much thought, but Middle Schools are organized into teams and that may well be a student's first exposure to actually being on a "team" - especially if he or she has never been involved in grade school sports.

Your ideas for team building are great! Thanks for a very informative article!
